Bang! Bang! Bang! Boppin ’B is back in town! And when Germany's most successful rock'n'roll quintet gets going, all controls are set to eleven - including sweat, good humor and smiling faces in front of and on the stage. The musical fiver may have eaten a lot of dust on the streets of Europe in the years since the band was founded in 1985, but the evening performance is always rewarding for all the efforts.
The well-worn seat meat in the band bus then has stored some energy reserves that have to be reduced in a wild, crazy performance: The double bass is played from all directions and climbed just like the amplifiers, the drums or even one or the other band member.
No wonder that every show seems fresh and fresh, because only one thing is important for Boppin ’B - that at the end of the evening everyone in front of and on stage had a good time together. In short: have fun and don't take everything too seriously - least of all yourself, which is also evidenced by the title of the album that will be released in early 2020:
"We Don't Care".
Oh yes, speaking of fresh and fresh: Since 2018, the new front man Michi Bock has been providing new sounds on the microphone and even more life on and in front of the stage, with whom the journey has been successful for decades. Standstill was yesterday - Boppin ’B is still up to date and sometimes even a bit ahead.
Boppin ’B are: Michi Bock - vocals, Golo Sturm - guitar, Frank Seefeldt - sax, Dii Beck - double bass, Thomas Weiser - drum
